- RFP - Request for proposal from hotels, meeting space, or off-site venues.
- Reporting - Accumulate and compile all venue's bid information into an easy, readable report for choosing event headquarters or venue.
- Site Visit - We can arrange site visits to help visualize your possible hotel or meeting venue.
- Pre and Post-Event Meetings - We can attend these meetings to answer questions and offer assistance in planning.
- Bid/Proposal - We can create a bid or proposal with any needed information for presentation.
- Presentation - Presentations can be done at location decision meetings to compel Midland as a destination for your event.
- Point-of-Contact - We are available during the event as your liason to the city. Needs, questions, or concerns can be handled through our staff.
- Attendance Booster - Provide staff to attend your event one year prior to the event being held in Midland.

All sales and servicing assistance is based on the number of room nights the event will be generating. Sales assistance cannot ensue without 10 room nights or more. Servicing dollars are calculated with a formula. Contact the Midland CVB for more information.
