Approved Catering List

Midland Center & Centennial Plaza allows outside catering by approved caterers. If you have chosen a caterer that is not on our list, they must arrange with Midland Center for catering privileges. We allow self-catering at a minimal charge and arrangements must be made prior to your event.

Alcohol service must be arranged through an approved provider…only beer & wine may be served in the Plaza.
No alcoholic beverages allowed for any event honoring a minor.

Midland Center is the exclusive provider for all breakfast and break service catering
